The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was outstanding, everything was really good. We liked our double room with lovely furniture. We had both an extremely comfy bed and a large bathroom. The location was perfect, not too far away from The Bars. Variety of food options so close to the venue.

The place was fairly clean and staff was understanding. I had a gorgeous room with clean bathroom. Got English breakfasts with toast and the Worlds smallest croissant.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

It was a FAIRly nice stay, I would definitely go back. Perfect breakfast, fair stuff, big beds. Classy hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Also, de grey rooms and attached gates event venue was just 1 km away.

It was decidedly an incredible base for a family. York minster is easily reachable, situated just 1 km away. One of the dining options, burton stone inn, was 5 mins walk away;)))
